How to use the Email Signature Generator

Frequently asked questions
How do I add this to Gmail?
In Gmail, open Settings (gear icon) → “See all settings” → General, scroll to Signature, create or select a signature, click inside the editor box, then paste (Ctrl/Cmd+V). Gmail preserves rich formatting, so it should paste in looking exactly like the preview.
How do I add this to Outlook?
In classic Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures, create a new signature, click inside the edit box, and paste. In Outlook on the web, go to Settings → Mail → Compose and reply, and paste into the signature box the same way.
Does "Copy signature" copy formatting, or just plain text?
It copies rich HTML (using your browser’s clipboard API), so pasting into Gmail, Outlook or another rich-text field keeps the fonts, colors and layout. If your browser blocks rich clipboard access, use the HTML source box below the preview and paste it into your client’s "insert HTML" or code-view option instead.
Is my information private?
Yes. The signature is built and rendered entirely in your browser — nothing you type is uploaded or stored anywhere.
