By using HandyBench you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Using the tools

The tools are free to use, for personal and commercial work alike, with no account required. You keep all rights to the content you put into them and to whatever they produce from it.

You agree not to:

• use the site to break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
• attempt to disrupt the site — automated scraping, load testing, or hammering our lookup endpoints at volume;
• use the website-checker tools (DNS, WHOIS, headers, broken links, meta tags) against domains you don't own or aren't authorised to test.

No warranty on results

The tools are provided "as is". We work hard to get them right, but we don't guarantee that any result is accurate, complete, or fit for your purpose. Check anything that matters. The calculators in particular — loan, mortgage, tax, salary, health and fitness — are estimates for general information only. They are not financial, legal, tax or medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making a decision that depends on the numbers.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or remove any tool at any time, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. We don't promise uninterrupted service.

Your data

Almost every tool runs entirely in your browser, so your input is not sent to us. The handful of website-checker tools pass the URL or domain you type to our servers so we can fetch it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Advertising and third-party links

This site is supported by advertising, which may be served by third parties such as Google AdSense. We don't control the content of those ads, nor of any site we link to, and we're not responsible for them.

Intellectual property

The HandyBench name, design, written content and code are ours. You may use the tools and their output freely; please don't copy the site itself wholesale.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HandyBench is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
